You can make it as easy or as difficult a workout as you wish.It is great to be able to go upstairs and workout and not have to drive to the gym. The assembly was not difficult, but the pieces are very heavy to carry to the second floor. The machine is easy to program, has a variety of levels, and it is a great overall workout!
